We entered into a photo competition for foreign residents

and then when we arrived they shoved a microphone in Lach's hand and he mumbled out some artist talk... "the atheistic composition blah blah" :)

Then it was my turn and I had prepared a poem

Lach got roped into playing Santa Clause and when the kids started to question if he really was Santa he said "Santa doesn't speak Japanese" (in Japanese)
